Returns & Shipping Policy


  • Free returns within 30 days of purchase
  • If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we would be happy to issue a refund within 30 days of purchase.
  • Merchandise must not be used or washed and must be in original packaging. 
  • Please contact our customer service team for return authorization and return label.
  • We do not offer exchanges - it will be processed as a return. 


    • Free standard shipping to anywhere in the United States. 
    • At this time, we do not ship internationally.
    • We currently offer free standard shipping on all orders (3-7 days from purchase)

    Damaged/Incorrect Items

    • If you receive merchandise that is defective, damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 3 business days of receiving the item either via E-mail or by phone. Please keep item in the original packaging in case of damage. We will e-mail you a FedEx label for returning the merchandise and a replacement will be sent as soon as the items are being returned are received. If replacement is not available, you will receive a full refund.

    Manufacturer’s Defect

    • If you receive an item with a manufacturer’s defect, please reach out to our Customer Experience team immediately. We will accept returns of defective items within 90 days of purchase.

    Lifetime Warranty

    • Highline Bedding Co. offers a lifetime warranty on the following collections:
        • Sullivan Solid Collection 
        • Sullivan Pinstripe Collection
